MEETING
The March meeting was called to order by the president, Bob Obenland.
A moment of silence was asked for by Chris Barrett for our troops in Iraq.
Club officers were introduced and new guests were welcomed. The
treasurer’s report was read and approved. The minutes of the last
meeting were waived. Reports of the gathering, food drive, and
the plans to have a June meeting were given.
Since many of the members have asked for demonstrations on different techniques
that other members use in their displays, a presentation was given after
refreshments. Mike Bretl demonstrated making artificial
water in your displays using clear RTV caulking available from Home Depot.
Jerry Fernon demonstrated how he makes walls and what tools he uses to get such
fantastic results.
